Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

- Remote areas: 5–10 business days

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.
4. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
5. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. VENCIELLE cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
